How do I add a task with Siri?
Say “Add a task to TaskFlick”, and Siri asks what the task is. On iPhones with Apple Intelligence you can say it in one go: “Add pay rent tomorrow, urgent, to TaskFlick.”
Why did my task go to Unsorted?
TaskFlick files a task only when it’s sure how urgent and how important it is. If either is unclear, it holds the task in Unsorted rather than guess. Tap Sort and flick each card to a corner. Saying “urgent”, “important”, “someday” or a quadrant name like “do first” helps it decide.
How do I move a task to another quadrant?
Tap the quadrant chip next to a new task to cycle it, or open a list and hold a task to move it.
How does the Reminders import work?
In Settings, allow access to Reminders and pick a list to watch. New reminders in that list, including ones you add with “Hey Siri, remind me to…”, come into TaskFlick to be sorted. Imported reminders are removed from Reminders so they aren’t tracked twice; turn on “Keep originals in Reminders” to leave them there.
My tasks aren’t syncing between devices.
Check that you’re signed in to iCloud with the same Apple Account on each device, and that iCloud is on for TaskFlick in Settings › your name › iCloud. Sync can take a few minutes, and happens sooner when the app is open.
What is the Worry Rejector?
When something on your mind is a worry rather than a task, hold it and choose “It’s a worry, not a task”, or tap “It’s a worry” while sorting. The app helps you answer the worry in your own words, then asks later whether it came true. It’s a self-help exercise, not therapy or medical advice.
Can I lock my worries?
Yes. Turn on “Lock worries with Face ID” in Settings. The worries list then asks for Face ID, or your passcode, each time you come back to the app.
Are my tasks and worries private?
Yes. Tasks sync only through your own iCloud, and worries never leave your iPhone. See the privacy policy.
